Player Scores: Season

Here are our overall Top 5 players at the end of the 2025 season for our Fantasy League.

Fever gun Alice Teague-Neeld has had a massive season, leading from the front to help secure the Minor Premiership for her club. A total workhorse, her consistent high volume of feeds, goal assists and centre pass receives has kept her at and around the top spot all season, and into our Top 5 a record 8 times. In my eyes, she has definitely earnt herself a place in the Diamonds.

When it was announced after Round 3 that the best defender in the world Shamera Sterling-Humphrey wouldn’t be playing the rest of the season due to pregnancy, many thought the Thunderbirds would really suffer. Into the limelight stepped Latanya Wilson, and boy did she deliver! She holds the season record for number of points in a round, and featured in our Top 5 five times this season, topping it for 3 of them. What an absolute star.

Liz Watson and the Lightning have had a bit of a tough ride this season, and while she flew under the radar this year, Liz consistently put in the big feed and goal assist numbers, week in, week out. Super dependable and reliable, the Diamonds captain just couldn’t do it all for her team this year, and they just missed out on a finals berth. Liz only featured in our Top 5 three times this season, but was nearly always not far away.

Kiera Austin had a slow start to the season and in the first half was struggling for consistency. Since Round 7, she’s got her groove back and has come into some really good form at the important end of the season, both for herself and her Diamonds selection hopes/International duties.

Rounding out our Top 5 for the season is Jamie-Lee Price. She was the only Giant in the top 10, and was pretty consistent through the season. She did all she could to drag her Giants out of their form slump, but alas they struggled this year to finish 6th. JLP however had a strong performance this year - where will we see her next year?

I’ve developed a Google Sheets document that lists each player and their scores by round. This will be updated after each round.

The first tab is the Overall Leaderboard, and will be sorted by total points. The second tab will be sorted by the most recent round (i.e. whoever scored the most points in the most recent round will be at the top).
